Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy


You may cancel an order by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response from our customer support team. Due to the speed at which we process orders (as quickly as possible) we will attempt, but cannot guarantee, that we will be able to cancel an order you placed. Orders which have already been processed in our warehouse cannot be changed or canceled. Please read our return policy for return terms and instructions to send an order back for a refund, if desired.

30-day Money-Back guarantee 

Garden Organics offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on retail items sold through this website, even if it was opened. It is okay, to change your mind.

Creating a return

Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:

  1. The return must be initiated within 30 days from when it was delivered.
  2. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the packaging.
  3. Products must be returned with a valid RMA number (see below).

At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


We'll always replace any products that are defective or damaged within 30 days, If you need to have an item swapped out, please send us a message at, please include your order number, a picture of damaged shipping packaging, and pictures of damaged product.
