I mix it with a splash of juice to mask the taste. It helps me stay calm, even in high-stress situations. I combine it with Ginseng and I'm absolutely pleased with the results.

This cleans your system. It helps with circulation. I experienced a lot of pain in my leg, and it helped tremendously. I have slight pain now because I put on wedge heels, which was a no no. I purchased some for my mother because she has kidney problems, and it is supposed to provide multiple benefits.

I'm really happy with the quality of the Garden Organics Lomatium. It's made from dried root, which is essential for my family since fresh root tinctures cause a rash for my husband. But this tincture doesn't. I'm also pleased that the Lomatium is wild-crafted in the USA.

Lomatium is a powerful antiviral and is the most effective flu remedy I've come across.
