Shipping policy

All orders in the United States ship USPS First Class unless an upgrade is selected.
When select an upgrade please mind the fulfilment time, it's separate from shipping time.

All orders placed by 1 PM PST, will generally ship the same or next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or US national holidays will be shipped within 2 next business days.
All packages deliver Monday-Friday. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.

When experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the continental US.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Any requested non-USPS shipping option will be replaced with similar USPS service when ship to P.O. boxes.
Garden Organics ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. owned territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damages

Garden Organics is to protect customers and we take responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@gardenix.com to file a claim and request replacement. It is required to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship to the following countries: Hong Kong SAR China, Israel, Macau SAR China, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Bouvet Island, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, South Africa, U.S. Outlying Islands, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Australia, New Zealand, Canada.

Customs, Duties and Taxes Garden Organics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are dictated by your state’s tax laws (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
