Shipping policy

Our company offers Free Ground Shipping with delivery within 7 business days after fulfillment. Additionally, we provide various paid options for faster delivery, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS services. The final shipping cost will be calculated during checkout, based on your chosen shipping method. This allows you to select the best option that suits your needs and budget.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Any requested non-USPS shipping option will be replaced with similar USPS service when ship to P.O. boxes.
Garden Organics ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. owned territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damages

Garden Organics is to protect customers and we take responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@gardenix.com to file a claim and request replacement. It is required to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
