About products

The menstruum ratio refers to the correlation between the weight of the herb, measured in grams, and the volume of the menstruum or solvent system used for herb extraction, measured in milliliters (mL). For example, a 1:3 extract means that 1 gram of the herb is carefully extracted using 3 mL of the menstruum. This ratio provides a precise understanding of the extraction process and ensures the optimal concentration of beneficial compounds from the herb.

The advantage of liquids is their quick action when they come into contact with the mucous membrane of the mouth, while capsules require the outer shell to dissolve before they take effect. However, it's important to note that individuals with sensitive digestive systems may have difficulty dissolving the capsule itself. Nonetheless, many people still prefer the convenience of capsule formulations, which allow for easy consumption, portioning into servings, and hassle-free travel.

 

Glycerin has proven to be an exceptionally potent extractor, and when combined with alcohol, it enhances the extraction process. This dynamic duo works together harmoniously, ensuring the extraction of all the valuable alkaloids and active components present in the herb.

 

Our capsules are crafted from vegetable sources, commonly referred to as "veggie caps." These capsules are primarily composed of cellulose, a vital structural component found in plants. Specifically, our vegetarian capsules contain hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), which is recognized as the safest material among the various capsule formulations available today.

 

We source our glycerin from palm-derived origins.

For orders within the United States, we typically ship via USPS First Class, unless a different shipping method is selected.

If you place an order by 1 PM PST, we strive to ship it on the same day.

Please note that our packages are delivered from Monday to Friday, and we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.

In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipments by a few days. 

If your order experiences a significant delay, we will proactively reach out to you via email or telephone to keep you informed.

 

If the tracking details indicate that your package has been delivered but you are unable to find it, we recommend taking the following steps:

Thoroughly search the delivery location, checking all possible areas. Reach out to your household members and neighbors to inquire if they may have received or seen the package. 

In some rare instances, carriers may mark packages as delivered prematurely. We recommend waiting two business days to see if the package arrives during this time. If, after two business days, you still haven't received your package, please contact our customer support team, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

 

Product quality

We recommend storing our products in a cool area, away from direct sunlight. If you accidentally leave them on a windowsill, it shouldn't cause any major issues. Comprehensive storage information can also be found conveniently located on the product label, providing you with the necessary guidance.

 

Our facility is proudly FDA registered and holds GMP certification, which ensures that our production processes adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. Additionally, our products undergo thorough third-party lab testing, providing an extra layer of assurance regarding their quality and efficacy.

 

Our liquid products have an impressive shelf life of 6 years, while our capsules maintain their quality for 5 years. However, once opened, all our products should be consumed within 6 months.

Returns and Exchanges

Regardless of the reason for your desire to return a product, we stand by our commitment to provide a full refund without any inquiries or questions. Your complete satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return process as seamless and hassle-free as possible.

 

Here are the key aspects to keep in mind:

Initiate the return process within 30 days from the delivery date of the product. 

Ensure that the packaging clearly displays the assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Products should be returned with a valid RMA number provided by our team. 

Please note that we reserve the right to exercise discretion in offering either a partial refund or applying a restocking fee. This may apply, for instance, if an item is returned in a condition that deviates from its original state, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributed to our error.

 

At Garden Organics, we take full responsibility for any damaged packages. If you receive a damaged package, please reach out to us via email at support@gardenix.com to file a claim and request a replacement. We kindly ask that you retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods as evidence when filing your claim.
