leg cramps have beeen gone last few nights
I find the recommended dosage to be quite high, but ever since I took 2 capsules the first night, I haven't experienced any leg cramps. Just like the powder I used to buy from the pharmacy, this product is effective. Previously, I only used that powder when I had cramps to get relief from the pain.

Good Product
I've been using half the recommended dose (1 dropper instead of two) a few times a week and I haven't caught the CCP virus. Even though my cleaning lady, who was all over my house, got sick, no one in my household who takes this product has gotten the virus. I'm not claiming there's a direct link, but all I can say is that nobody here has fallen ill. In addition to this product, we also take 50 mg of zinc five days a week and 5000 units of vitamin D daily. I'm not suggesting you follow suit, but I can say that this product has been a part of my health routine.
