The supplement is organic and contained exactly what it said it was. I take supplements regularly and can usually tell the difference, but with this one I could not. Sarsaparilla is good for the skin and digestive problems. It has also been used as a blood purifier. But I can honestly say I did not see a difference using it. I did not experience any bad reactions, which is good, but I don't know if I benefitted from it. I will say that if you are interested in trying this supplement, this brand is a good one.
