This product did exactly what I wanted it to do, and I'm so happy I came across it.

Good quality

While I do wish the results of the third-party testing were accessible for everyone to view, I must say this appears to be a high-quality formula. The 1:3 ratio is something I appreciate. Other Capsella supplements I've experimented with were more watered down, so the potent concentration of this one means I don't need to consume as much. Personally, I've noticed that taking 2-3 times the recommended dosage works best for me during the initial days of my period. Additionally, I've learned that incorporating adaptogens and maintaining the health of my adrenal glands and thyroid play a crucial role in reducing the intensity of my periods.
