THE FLAVOR IS PLEASANT ENOUGH TO TAKE DIRECTLY FROM THE DROPPER OR MIX INTO HOT TEA OR SMOOTHIES. THE TEXTURE IS SMOOTH AND DOESN'T LEAVE AN OILY RESIDUE LIKE SOME OTHER BRANDS DO. MY ONLY WISH IS THAT IT INCLUDED BLACK PEPPER FOR BETTER ABSORPTION. THE CURRENT PRICE OF $33 SEEMS REASONABLE CONSIDERING THE QUALITY.
