Using instead of Claritin.

I came across an article in a medical journal discussing a study from a university that mentioned the benefits of onion for reducing blood sugar levels. I thought it was worth a try, especially since it wouldn't have any negative effects. The study used onion essence, but I wasn't clear on the exact amounts used. After doing some research, I opted to take two capsules daily. The capsules do have a distinct onion taste, but personally, it doesn't bother me at all. A 210-pound man is approximately 95.2kg, which we can round up to 100kg for easier math. If we multiply that by 600mg, we get 60,000mg or 6 grams if the large number is intimidating. This would be the daily dose. If opting for the 400mg/kg daily dose, it would be 40,000mg/day. All I can say is, it's meant to improve blood flow. I experienced some discomfort on my left side and went through several tests with doctors; it wasn't exactly pain but rather discomfort. I decided to start taking this product while also exercising. After a few days, the discomfort disappeared. I'm still waiting for it to return, but so far, it hasn't.
