There were some mouse studies suggesting that onion extract could potentially help lower blood glucose levels. Be sure to follow the instructions and mix it with water. I mistakenly thought it was my vitamin D, so I dropped a few on my tongue, only to regret it. The taste is quite strong, definitely a strong onion flavor.
