I'm taking this to help lower my blood sugar

I came across an article in a medical journal discussing a study from a university that mentioned the benefits of onion for reducing blood sugar levels. I thought it was worth a try, especially since it wouldn't have any negative effects. The study used onion essence, but I wasn't clear on the exact amounts used. After doing some research, I opted to take two capsules daily. The capsules do have a distinct onion taste, but personally, it doesn't bother me at all.
