I USED TO GET LEG CRAMPS EVERY NIGHT. FROM MILD TO JUMPING OUT OF BED TO TRY TO CONTROL THEM. BUT EVER SINCE I STARTED TAKING A DROPPER OF QUININE IN A GLASS OF MILK TWICE A DAY, THEY HAVE COMPLETELY STOPPED.
